Stephen Gough

Stephen is the founder and Principal of Project Lighting Design Pte Ltd and has over 30 years of experience in architectural lighting design.

Stephen has led the PLD design team to complete several of Singapore’s most iconic developments including - Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort (2010), Singapore Flyer (Giant Observation Wheel, 2007) and The Fullerton Hotel (2000).

‍

Internationally, the firm’s accomplishments include Dubai Mall (the world’s largest luxury retail complex), the Old Town Commercial Island in Dubai, the Londoner Macao (hotel and gaming) and The Royal Atlantis Resort Dubai Phase II (completion 2022).

PLD has received numerous international lighting design awards for its work in high end hospitality.

As a member of the Singapore Urban Development Authority Civic District Advisory Board for Lighting, Stephen joins a panel of experienced lighting professionals providing critique on facade lighting for new notable buildings which shape the city’s skyline.
